Qualifications Roger is a former Adjunct Professor
of Management at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where
he taught courses in Group Dynamics, Organization Development and
Change Management, and The Management of Training and Development
over a seven year period.
He is a member of The

Management (SHRM); The American Society for Training and Development

Roger has a Bachelor's
degree from Regis University in Denver Colorado, and did graduate
study in Business Administration at George Washington U, and the

Harvard University Executive MBA programs in General Management
and Marketing.
